How do I return my order?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, email us at questions@adoredbeast.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll start the refund process.

Here's what to do:

1. Use "PRODUCT RETURN" as the subject of your email.

2. Include your order number.

3. You can return opened products—just make sure to send back the unused portion (you'll cover the return shipping cost).

A few things to note:

• Refunds are processed within 2 weeks after we receive your return.

• Once your refund is processed, it may take 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

• We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our official website. If you bought your Adored Beast product from a retail store or other seller, please contact them directly for their return policy.
