No. Unless you are using the supplement to support a specific health issue, we always recommend rotating different supplements to support the body in different ways. For example, switching between different probiotics exposes the body to different strains of beneficial bacteria. Also, rotating and taking a break gives the body the reminder and support to heal and stay healthy, but you are not continuing to try and do its job for it.
Once I start using supplements, do I have to continue forever?
